Wow! Went to this shisha place with a couple of fat friends, some regular shaped ones and a short one. Wasn't expecting much but hands down best shisha I've had ever. The first inhale I took blew my mind as it was incredibly smooth and it stayed that way until the end. The staff are very friendly and professional and the decor is excellent also. Way better than any of the shisha lounges on Wimmy Road.

This has been our go to shisha place for the past two years. Best shisha in the North West! Never disappointed when visiting here. Super friendly service and always feel comfortable. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Really good experience at Eminence! Sheesha was great, atmosphere was welcoming and staff were really friendly! Dessert and drinks were amazing too! Will definatly be back!

I’ve been a regular at this shisha lounge for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best spots in town. I come here 3–4 times a week, and every single visit is top-tier. The atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming — perfect whether you’re looking to chill solo, catch up with friends, or unwind after a long day. What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible team. Mubin, Jamil, Saj, Ashfaq, and Asad always go above and beyond to make sure I’m looked after. Their service is consistently outstanding — friendly, attentive, and professional. They’ve truly made this place feel like a second home. The shisha quality is top-notch, with great flavour selection and smooth smoke every time. I’ve tried plenty of lounges before, but the consistency and service here are unmatched. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great vibes, quality shisha, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience. Big thanks to the whole crew — you guys are the reason I keep coming back!

Absolutely love this place. It’s my go to spot with my friends just to have some quality shisha and relax. The staff are lovely! The shisha, drinks and desserts are all fab. My friends and I haven’t been to many Shisha places so I always recommend eminance to them for the relaxing atmosphere. They always ask to come back. Thank you for always taking such good care of us. Nice small shisha place. Great service. Im used to going Manchester. Sheesha was brilliant, tasted fresh and clean. However shisha is over priced in my opinion. Our flavour was £22 which is mid range. Cheapest is £18 which is still over priced. Mocktail (pinacolada) was delicious and priced fairly. We ordered 3 mocktails twice. In total we spent £22 on sheesha and 6 mocktails £24. However it was very busy so clearly its popular!
